The following video presents a meaningful thought about Justice.
It is important to understand that in each context related to what is defined in the law (as a whole) enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties must exist.
Therefore, what is fair/just is the, diligent, -existence of the (of some/of any form of/for the)- enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties (tailored to each situation related to -what is defined in- the law).
Another thing is that it is possible to improve/clarify/decipher/evolve the way in which rights and duties exist (that is, to clarify how rights and duties exist), that is, the way in which rights and duties can be exercised; that is, the way in which rights and duties must be exercised.
