The (so-called) European Union (EU) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act is an element that permits showing how AI has legal impacts (because it has a relation to rights and duties) and the importance of diligence regarding it.

Nevertheless, more than about a specific norm about AI it is about knowing/understanding and applying (complying with) -what is defined in- the law (as a whole).

This is the only way to know how rights and duties exist since it defines the foundations of law(that is the legal foundations) and, properly, the form of existence of rights and duties.

Therefore, it is only possible to know how diligence exists by knowing (what is defined) the law -as a whole- and, properly, (it is -only- possible) to be diligent (to act diligently) when the whole of what is defined in the law is applied (to the extent of each situation -related to what is defined in the law, as a whole-; in this case, in relation to AI).

This is why good/diligent/effective/valid/excellent-successful AI (only) exists when all the human beings related to it exist (that is when each human being related to it exists) in a diligent way regarding it (to the extent of each situation related to it).

For instance, AI Marketing is something good/valid/effective when is based on diligence (this is why at LOAIM – Legal Optimization of AI Marketing we are focused in deciphering how freedom and limits -that is which and how rights and duties- exist -that is how rights and duties can be applied/exercised/complied effectively- regarding AI Marketing).

The following video raises awareness about AI and its relation to the law (the video link is https://youtu.be/I19ezZcyB6w?si=EPusgenXsJk_U9qI), we hope this is useful in understanding the dynamics of law regarding AI and the importance of complying with -what is defined in- the law -as a whole- to the extent of AI tailored to each situation linked to it:
