20-hour world course: Legal validity of the metaverse (a course of high benefit, quality, creativity-originality and exclusivity)
Motivation: this course clarifies:
1) How the law applies in the metaverse (which, in general, explains the way the law is applied in relation to information and communication technologies, ICT – the way in which the law applies in ICTs – including, explains the way in which the law applies in the digital medium);
2) How to comply with that way in which the law applies (for example, in relation to digital content, software, hardware, telecommunications, artificial intelligence – including, legaltech products and including, in general, digital automation -, analog elements – in atoms -, blockchain technology, electronic commerce -including, digital marketplaces and included, in general, marketing, digital commercial, including digital commercial advertising, teleworking, the legal guarantee that must exist in information and communication technology products (ICT) and digital innovation);
3) What is the legal basis for having good legal practices in this context and why legally valid self-regulation is important in such a scenario, solves some questions students have and provides a certificate of attendance for those attending the entire course (which they can use to indicate that they have taken this original course, of high level and of global – universal – approach);
4) In general, it explains the legal basis (i.e. the form in which the legal basis exists – the form, of the existence, of the legal basis; the form in which the legal validity exists; the way in which the law is complied with; the manner in which legal rights are enjoyed and legal duties are fulfilled; the manner in which it is to attend, as defined in, the duty to be legal; properly, the form, of existence, of law -). Using the elements of the metaverse (that is, using, a, the particularities – a, the dynamics – of the metaverse) to illustrate it (explain it – clarify it, communicate it, teach it -).
And it has a simulation where students will apply what they teach to strengthen their learning thanks to the feedback and implementation of what is communicated by the professor (who is Ph.D. in law, is certified by the University of Bologna, Italy, as a Postdoc in law, is the author of several legal books, has more than 15 years of experience in the duty to be legal of information and communication technologies – ICT – and created a theory that clarifies the way in which there is legal validity using the particularities of ICT to explain it -illustrate it-) as well as the knowledge that is achieved among all participants during the course.

Agenda: 1) Introduction on the legal validity of the metaverse; (2) The legal basis of (including, legal liability, i.e. legal diligence, in relation to) metaverse; 3) The fulfillment of the right in (relation to) the metaverse; 4) Legal effectiveness (the enjoyment of rights and the fulfillment of legal duties) in (relation to) the metaverse; and 5) Conducting a simulation and attending to some questions.
