‎12-hour world course: Legal validity of commercial digital marketing‎‎ (a course of high profit, quality, creativity-originality and exclusivity)‎

‎Motivation:‎‎ This course clarifies the basis for good legal practices in commercial digital marketing activities. In order to know how to make legally valid commercial digital marketing strategies thanks to the fact that it will be known, for example, how to create, use, manage, contract and / or control-review-verify-endorse-accredit-certify (by the commercial company or its external representatives – for example, by suppliers and / or allies that represent it validly legally – and by authorities of the public sector – national, foreign or international -) legally validly artificial intelligence, how to validly legally treat the personal data of the consumer, how to make legally valid commercial digital advertising, how there is a legally valid commercial business reputation and how to make legally valid campaigns in relation to commercial digital marketing.‎

‎And it has a simulation where students will apply what they teach to strengthen their learning thanks to the feedback and implementation of what is communicated by the professor (who is Ph.D. in law, is certified by the University of Bologna, Italy, as a Postdoc in law, is the author of several legal books, has more than 15 years of experience in the duty to be legal of information and communication technologies – ICT – and created a theory that clarifies the way in which there is legal validity using the particularities of ICT to explain it – illustrate it -) as well as the knowledge that is achieved among all participants during the course.‎

‎Agenda:‎‎ 1) Introduction on the legal validity of commercial digital marketing; 2) The legal basis of (including, legal liability, i.e. legal diligence, in relation to) commercial digital marketing; 3) Compliance with the law in (relation to) commercial digital marketing; 4) Legal effectiveness (the enjoyment of legal rights and compliance with legal duties) in (relation to) commercial digital marketing; and 5) Conducting a simulation and attending to some questions.‎
