We explain the general principles of law regarding artificial intelligence (AI)
Through the following excellent video, there is an explanation of some legal maxims.
It is important to have clarity that the reason for law (of the whole of what is defined in the law) is the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties existence.
This is why legal validity consists of complying with what is defined in it since it is the way to apply the characteristics of rights and duties (that is, the conditions that must be met for the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties to exist).
Therefore, the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties’ form of existence is defined by the general principles of law as they are the must-haves of rights and duties, that is, the elements that form the rights and duties.
Hence, when the general principles of law are fulfilled there is the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties. That is, when there is the application of what is defined in the general principles of law (that is, in the foundations of law -in the legal foundations-) there is the compliance with the law.
This is why the so-called “legal maxims” are part of the general principles of law since they are forms that define characteristics of rights and duties.
The relevant aspect is to understand that the general principles of law must be known and applied from the compliance with the law perspective. That is, to make the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties (that is, to exercise the rights and duties -to allow the exercise of rights and duties to exist-).
That is, to achieve compliance with the law.
For instance, to make a legally valid (that is, a good) artificial intelligence (AI).
In conclusion, legal diligence (diligence) consists of complying with the law since it is the way of the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties (thanks to the knowledge and application of the general principles of law) -to the extent of each situation related to (what is defined in) the (whole of the) law-.
