We explain the general principles of law regarding artificial intelligence (AI)

The following video presents important elements on the United Nations (UN) General Assembly Resolution Regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI).

It is necessary to take into count that to comply with the law concerning artificial intelligence is/means to apply the whole of what is defined in it. That is, to apply the characteristics/conditions of rights and duties (defined in the whole of the law).

Therefore, a (legally) valid artificial intelligence is the one that coincides with the way in which the (whole of the) law applies to it. To the extent of the way in which it (the/an AI) exists in each situation related to (what is defined in) the law.

Good AI exists when there is the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duites before it. This is why specific norms about AI are part of the law when are ways that clarify parts of the rights and duties’s form of existence. That is to say, when they are ways that clarify how rights and duties exist/apply. For instance, regarding AI.

But the exercise of rights and duties (that is, compliance with the law) only exist when there is the application of the whole of what is defined in the (whole of the) law. Since it is the (only) way that indicates each part and the whole of rights and duties’s way of existence.

In conclusion, the only way to know how good AI exists is to get clarity on what is defined in the law and the only way in which good AI exists in through the compliance of the whole of the condition (created by the result of all the conditions) of the way of existence of rights and duties.

This is the reason why at JURIDIAI we explain the general principles of law regarding artificial intelligence (AI) so that people know how good AI exist.
