Description: service to teach the legal team (team of lawyers) of an organization (institution/company/law firm/international organization-body/entity), from the private or public sector, located anywhere in the world with Internet access, about the legal foundations in relation to artificial intelligence (A.I.).
Agenda/Content:
There are two options:
- A lecture/conference on the foundation (foundations) of law (that is, on the legal foundations, that is, on the legal validity -that is, on the form of application of law and compliance with the law, that is, with what is defined in the, all of the, law, that is, in the law, understood, as a whole; that is, on the legal must be, that is, on the duty to be legal-) in relation to artificial intelligence.
- A lecture/conference to explain the legal foundations of artificial intelligence with respect to a specific topic on which the contracting organization wants its team of lawyers (legal team) to be trained. Examples are the legal foundations of artificial intelligence in relation to: project management, algorithms, information security, privacy, the processing of (personal and/or non-personal) data, its contracting, use, and administration/management (the contracting, use, and administration/management of artificial intelligence), the legal validity of electronic (including, digital) medium/media, evidence/proof in relation to the digital medium/media, legal validity, work automation, intellectual property, telecommunication, communication (digital content, documents, advertising, legally valid self-regulation information/policies/agreements, non-informative communication) management, the methodology to make a legally valid artificial intelligence (legal validity of artificial intelligence), legal diligence, compliance with the law, enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties, or (the legal foundations for -of- artificial intelligence) in relation to a specific service that the (private or public sector, located anywhere in the world) contracting organization performs/offers/provides, wishes to perform/offer/provide, or will perform/offer/provide.
Length and price:
- Option 1: 1-hour conference (including 15 minutes for Question-and-Answer -Q&A-). Super special launching price: 500 USD (United States of America, US, Dollars) taxes included.
- Option 2: 2-hour conference (including 30 minutes for Question-and-Answer -Q&A-). Super special launching price: 800 USD (United States of America, US, Dollars) taxes included.
Schedule: it is defined with the contracting organization before starting.

Modality: online, live, via the Internet through the Google Meet platform.
Certification/Certificate: Both the contracting organization and each of the lawyers attending the conference will receive a certificate of attendance at the JURÍDIA’s conference in their email account on the day of the end of the conference.
