Marketizing (including: merchandising, regarding goods; making) a commercial product (as, part of, a, the, market) through commercial digital advertising

Commercialising (marketization of) a (commercial) product (that is, the whole, being, created by the result of the union between the totality of the, commercial, goods and services involved face to it, face to the, respective, product, involved, existing) is the way for making it to be part of the market. Because when it is inside the market it self gets the form of existence based on the interaction between (the) offer and (the) demand regarding its being.

 

This is why (commercial) marketing is the way for making a (commercial) product to exist in the market. For making a (the, commercial) product to be (validly) well positioned. For making a (the, commercial) product to have a (juridical) valid effect in the market. For making a (the, commercial) product to have the effect of the market. For making a (the, commercial) product to make a (juridical) valid effect in the market. For making a (the, commercial) product to exist with the marketable effect in its way of existence.

 

This is why, (juridically) it is determinant to have a juridically valid commercial product, to commercialized it (including, to communicate it, included, to advertise it) in a juridical valid way, to acquire it in a juridical valid way, and, in general, to attend the (whole) juridical effect of its existence (of the commercial product, form, way, of existence) in a juridical valid way.

 

So, each human being jurically related with a (the) commercial product must act (must exist) in a juridically diligent way (must be juridically diligent) for being (juridically diligence) the way for making a (the) juridically valid product form (way) of existence. To the extent of the way in which the product exists in each juridical relationship existing related with that product (form, way, of existence).

 

The above is obtained when there exists a (the) juridically valid (commercial) marketing. For being the way through a (the, commercial) juridically valid product exists in a (the) market. This shows why it is not about making any kind of marketing. It is about the marketing that makes juridical effectiveness. That is, the marketing (way, form, of existence) that (which) makes the enjoyment of (all, the) juridical rights and the fulfillment of (all, the) juridical duties.

 

That is to say, juridically valid commercial marketing creates the environment in which there is the enjoyment of every juridical right and the accomplishment of every juridical duty. Regarding each juridical relation linked to a (commercial) enterprise. So, when there is juridical diligence face to a (the) commercial marketing (way, form, of existence) there is the (total, entire, whole) juridical attendance. There is the attendance of (the) everything related with (the) law. There is (the) law compliance. Properly, there is the enjoyment of the effect of (the) law compliance (the effect of compliance with the law).

 

This is the way for making the juridically valid market. The juridical (the juridically) valid economy. Thanks to what is defined through the law. That is, thanks to what is defined in the juridical must be. That is, thanks to what the juridically diligent human being makes (gets, obtains, brings, gives, does, creates) in the market. For the human wellness (in general, for the wellness of every being related with the humanity way, form, of existence). Tailored to each juridical relationship.

 

So, it is not about the market. It is about the good economy. The valid economy. The economy (including, the economic) way of existence in which there exists juridical effectiveness. Properly, in which there is (a, the) juridically valid quality of life. That means, (the way of existence) in which every being can exist (included, coexist) in a free way thanks to the human being’s juridically free way of existence. Juridically freedom (including, juridically liberty) means existing in any way in which (there) exists juridical effectiveness. That means, the existence in which every being exists in a good (including, well) form thanks to the effect of law compliance.

 

This is why, for example, commercial digital marketing just (only) must exist when it is a way for making juridical effectiveness. And this is why, for example, commercial digital advertising just must exist when it is a way for making juridical effectiveness. And this is why, for example, a commercial enterprise just must exist when it is a way for making a way for the enjoyment of juridical rights and the fulfillment of juridical duties.

 

Properly, this is why any juridical relationship just (only) must exist when it is a way for complying (with) what is defined in (the) law. That is, when it (that means, when the juridical relationship form of existence) is a way for law compliance. When it complies with the law. When it is a way for making (a, the) juridically valid quality of life. When it is a way for making (juridical) freedom. When it realizes (that is, when it carries out) what is defined in (the) law. When it creates the good (for all). When it makes juridical wellness. Tailored to each juridical relationship (juridical) way of existence.

 

So, it is not about objects (in themselves). It is not about things (in themselves). It is not about the market (in itself). It is about subjects. It is about (the) existence. It is about beings. It is about how the juridically diligent human being creates juridical effectiveness in each juridical relationship. It is about that juridically diligent human being creates and uses (in a juridically valid way) her / his being and the beings (subjects and objects, including the products created by her / him self ―herself / himself― and the elements, properly, products, obtained and / or known thanks to her / his being) related with her / his way of existence (in each juridical relationship) for making juridical effectiveness (to the extent of each juridical relationship way, form, of existence).

 

So, for example, artificial intelligence is just a product. It is not a subject. It is a being in the way of an object. And human being is the subject which creates and uses it. So, it is about how human being is juridically diligent in ensuring (making, getting, creating, obtaining) that artificial intelligence is a way (form, of existence) for making juridical effectiveness. Properly, it is about that juridically diligent human being makes juridical effectiveness through (the so called) artificial intelligence. It is about the juridical intelligence of the juridically diligent human being. It is about that, for example, artificial intelligence just (only) must exist when it is a way for becoming (properly, for making) a juridical relationship to be juridically effective. In what (that is, with respect to what) is related with its (whole) being (that is, with the artificial intelligence, product, total, entire, way, form, of existence). Based on its (being, the artificial intelligence being) way of existence in each juridical relationship in which it (the artificial intelligence) exists.

 

This means that (the) juridically diligent human being creates (is, shows, reflects, makes, does, obtains, permits, phenomenalizes, builts, generates, “magically” brings, gives), a, the, juridically valid quality of life. So, each human being existing in each juridical relationship must have juridical context. Must attend the way in which the law applies to her / his being. Must enjoy the effect of (the) law compliance. Must be juridically realized. Must exist in a good way. Must be enjoying the goodness of (the law). Must enjoy the (juridically) good. Must be (juridically) free.

 

So, it is not about complexity due to non-compliance with the law. It is not about, for example, the bad effects of not complying with the law in the (commercial) marketing way of existence. It is not about the antijuridical chaos existing due to a juridically unvalid commercial digital advertising (whole, total) way of existence. It is about (the) Juridical Peace. It is about juridical Peacefulness. It is about juridical fullness. It is about (Juridical) Freedom.

 

This is why, for example, juridically valid commercial digital advertising is a form (way of existence) of (the) juridically valid (commercial) marketing. Because it (juridically valid commercial digital advertising) communicates a juridically valid commercial enterprise in (including, to) a (the) juridically valid market. Creating (getting, making, doing, enjoying) a (the) juridically valid economy (properly, a, the, juridically valid quality of life). Tailored to each juridical relationship in which the juridically valid commercial digital advertising exists.

 

Juridically diligent human being can do (make) it in any juridically valid way. That is, in any way that makes (gets, brings, gives, obtains, creates) juridical effectiveness. So, when there is the enjoyment of the juridical rights and the fulfillment of the juridical duties face to a commercial digital advertising there is a juridically valid (commercial, digital) advertising and, properly, there is (there exists, there is the enjoyment of) a juridically valid (juridical) relationship (because a juridically valid commercial digital advertising just, only, exists when the, whole, juridical relationship, being, in which it exists is juridically valid, and that happens, that occurs, when there is, when there exists, juridical effectiveness ―that is, when there is the effect of, the, juridically freedom existence―  in a juridical relationship).
