Our Products/Services let legal teams (teams of lawyers) know how to apply what is defined in the law tailored to the elements/variables/particularities of artificial intelligence (AI).
So we permit the legally valid practice to exist thanks to our knowledge/theory about the legal foundations (the legal validity -form, of existence-) of artificial intelligence (A.I.).
That is why JURÍDIA is a Law Academy on Artificial Intelligence, for Lawyers / Legal Teams.
We are knowledge so that artificial intelligence exists in a legally valid (effective, certain, diligent) way because we clarify to legal teams how to comply with the law (how the rights and duties exist) face to artificial intelligence, and when they (the legal team members -that is, the organizations’ lawyers-) transfer that knowledge to the (respective -private or public-) organization (properly, to the -respective- organizations’ members) and each organization member apply it there is a good (right -legally valid-) artificial intelligence.
Because it is an artificial intelligence that exists based on the application of the foundations of law (that is, the legal foundations) tailored to the extent to which AI exists in each situation related (directly) to the organization.
And it is important to clarify/recognize/promote (take into account) that, properly, there is a legally valid AI when each human being related to it complies with the law (that is, when each human being related to each AI enjoys the rights and fulfill the duties) face to it (face to the -respective, each- AI; properly, face to the whole of -the- AI).
That is why each human being must know and comply with (what is defined in) the law -as a whole- (that is, that is why each human being must enjoy the rights and fulfill the duties -tailored to the extent of each situation related to, what is defined in, the law).
And that is why the lawyers of each organization must explain to the (rest of the -to other; to the other-) members -in a simple yet rigorous way- how the law exists (and, in consequence, how to apply what is defined in it -that is, how to comply with the law, that is, how to enjoy the rights and, correspondingly -correlatively-, fulfill the duties).
This only can be achieved once the legal team (once each member of the legal team -once each lawyer of the organization’s legal team-) knows how is the foundation of law (that is, how are the legal foundations, that is, the foundations of law). Both at a general level and specifically tailored to the extent of artificial intelligence (AI).
And here is the reason why we exist. To teach our knowledge/theory to the legal teams so they will be able to explain to the organization’s members how to have a legally valid artificial intelligence. Thanks to the fact that we clarify/explain/train to them the legal foundations (the foundations of law -properly, the form of existence of law; the law’s form of existence-) face to -regarding- artificial intelligence (A.I.).
