The following video shows an important/interesting analysis regarding liability in relation to artificial intelligence (AI).
It is essential to recognize the need to know/master the philosophy of law (to be able) to understand how responsibility applies regarding AI.
When there is an understanding of the elements of law there is clarity on how rights and duties exist/apply face to AI.
Therefore, for instance, when there is clarity about (what is defined in) the philosophy of law (that is, about the foundations of law -that is, about the legal foundations) exists the knowledge on how to be diligent (that is, on how diligence exists; that is, on how rights and duties can/must be exercised) concerning AI.
In conclusion, once there is clarity on the philosophy of law there is clarity on how to comply with the law (that is, on how compliance with the law exists) with respect to AI.
New/specific/special norms are not always needed about/for/regarding AI. What is needed is the understanding and application of what is defined in the law (as a whole), to the extent of each legal relationship linked with AI. The knowledge of the philosophy of law is determinant (regarding AI and, in general, to know how rights and duties exist).
