Legal validity is not a fashionable issue. It is not something that depends on fashion. Of what is fashionable.
It is the duty to be legal (the legal must be). That is, (legal validity) is the duty to be (the legal must be) defined in law. It is the form of existence that exists when the law is fulfilled.
Therefore, it is not a question of analyzing the validity (the state of being in force) of legal validity but of achieving it to the extent of the way in which each environment related to what is defined in the law exists.
Because legal validity is the way in which there is the enjoyment of legal rights and (the) fulfillment
of legal duties. Tailored to each environment related to the law (to what is defined in the law).
Therefore, legal validity exists when there is compliance with the law (with what is defined in the law). That is why legal validity is necessary. Because it is necessary to know the way in which the law is fulfilled and, properly, to comply with the law.
Because when the law is fulfilled the legal rights are enjoyed and the legal duties are fulfilled. That is,
each being (subject – human or non-human – or object) exists well. There is freedom.
That is the need that is met by the existence of legal validity. In each environment (included, in
each time, included, in each space) that must be legally valid. That is, in each
environment in which there are (exist, apply, proceed) legal rights and duties.
Therefore, it is a question of knowing the form of the existence of (of what is defined in the, all – whole – of) law and, properly, of applying the law to the measure of the form in which it exists in each
environment related to it (to the law).
That is the importance of the duty to be legal (properly, of the legal must be). That is, of the (form of the, existence of) legal validity. Being the way in which the world related to human existence exists well (good) thanks to the fact that the human being makes it exist in a good way based on the form of existence that exists with the fulfillment of the law (that is, when it complies with what is defined in the law).
