About Advertising in Electronic Commerce


Agenda: 1) Let’s clarify the law in relation to electronic commerce; 2) The legal scope of advertising in electronic commerce; 3) Good legal practices in relation to advertising in electronic commerce; 4) Proof of compliance with the law in advertising in electronic commerce; and 5) Space of four (4) hours for the attention of the questions (that can be answered in that time) that the students have about the legal validity of advertising in electronic commerce (the professor will choose and answer the questions that considers pertinent in the order that he considers pertinent).


Way of realization: live explanations will be made (online, via Internet, through Google Meet) by means of slides, verbal expressions from the professor and answering questions.


Methodology: explanations will be made through slides, verbal expressions from the professor and attention to questions (at the end of each module-topic from 1 to 4 and throughout module 5).


Availability: anyone with access to an Internet browsing service with a Google user account located in any country can register.


Maximum number of students: 99.


Duration (length) and schedule: 20 hours (from June 6 to 17, 2022, from Monday to Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Toronto, Canada time). It will not have interruptions since it is subject to the calendar of holidays of Toronto, Canada, and within the time of the course duration there are no holidays.


Certification: each student who attends the entire course will receive a JURÍDIA certificate of attendance to the course in their email account.
