The lawyers of your firm/law firm or the legal department/area/team of your organization/institution/person (from the private or public sector, located anywhere in the world) will understand how is the legal validity of artificial intelligence. We explain/teach the theory of our founder so that they know how the enjoyment of rights and fulfillment of duties exists in relation to artificial intelligence (AI).

Agenda:

  1. Clarification on how the law applies in artificial intelligence (legal principles and rules? weighing of rights? legal methodology? legal strategy? legal clarity?).
  2. The legal validity of artificial intelligence in the private sector (e-commerce, labor relations, management of suppliers and allies, relations between members of civil society and domestic environment) and the national, foreign, and international context.
  3. The legal validity of artificial intelligence in the public sector (human beings and organizations with – that perform – public functions or related to them in some other way) and the national, foreign, and international context.
  4. The legal validity of artificial intelligence in automation.
  5. The legal validity in the management of artificial intelligence projects.
  6. Theoretical exercise (role-play -the coach communicates feedback when necessary-) on the legal validity of artificial intelligence (AI) to the extent of what your organization does.

Training platform: training is done online via Google Meet (using the Internet).

Face-to-face training: f you wish to hire face-to-face (in-person) training to carry out in your organization, the price of each package is double the amount indicated for online training and your organization has to pay/assume the travel expenses.

Certificate: the business day following the day on which the training ends, your organization and each member of the work team who has attended the training will receive a JURÍDIA certificate of attendance that will be sent to your organization’s email account.
