This work illustrates the legal treatment of transport, clarifies the form of application of Consumer Law in electronic commerce and studies the particularities of the transport of goods purchased by consumers on business digital platforms. It is developed under a preventive approach, consisting of ensuring validity, effectiveness and legal security, according to the variables (formal and material) of each case. Readers will be able to demonstrate the good legal practices that companies that create relationships must create, apply and provide feedback through digital means.
