Commercial digital advertising does not (always) mean legally valid commercial digital advertising

When digital commercial digital advertising is (made), that is, the publicity of (about) an existing commercial company (enterprise) in a (some) digital medium, must be done in compliance (with) the law. Because (each) commercial digital advertising creates (does, generates) legal effects. That is, (the existence of) legal rights and duties (that is, of rights and duties defined in the law). Based on the way in which each legal relationship exists between the (a) commercial company (enterprise) and the (one) consumer based on the existence of the (one) commercial digital advertising.

 

Therefore, the fact of making a commercial digital advertising does not mean that the (said) advertising exists in a (some) legally valid way. That is, it does not mean that the (said) advertising complies with (attends, to, the) way in which (the) law applies (applies) to it. And for that reason, you must know and attend (a) the way in which the law applies to it. That is, (for that reason, in each legal relationship in which there is a commercial digital advertising) it is necessary to know and attend (a) the form of application of (the) law in relation to (that is, face to, that is, based on the form in which there is) that (the, an) advertisement.

 

And for that reason, each person (physical, that is, natural, and moral, that is, legal) existing in each legal relationship in which there is (a, some) commercial digital advertising must be (legally) diligent in relation to the form in which the (legal) diligence exists (apply, proceed; that is, in relation to the form of the existence of its legal diligence) in relation to the form in which the (that, said) publicity exists. Therefore, each existing human being in relation to each existing person in each legal relationship in which there is a commercial digital advertising must be legally diligent, that is, they must enjoy (of) the (legal) rights that they have and comply (with) the (legal) duties that it has, in relation to the form of the existence of the (of that, of said) advertising.

 

So that (thus) legally valid commercial digital advertising exists. That is, so that (thus) there is legal effectiveness in relation to (that, said) advertising. That is, so that (thus) each person and, properly, each existing human being in each existing legal relationship based on the (form of) existence of (a) commercial digital advertising can enjoy and, properly, enjoy (her / his) its legal rights and can fulfill and, properly, fulfill (with) its (her / his) legal duties in relation to it.

 

Therefore, (legally, that is, in relation to the law; properly, in relation to the enjoyment of the existence of the legally valid quality of life, that is, of the legally valid quality of life, that is, of the way of life and, properly, of the existence that exists when the law is fulfilled) it is determining that the (that each, that all, that the all of the) commercial digital advertising is legally valid (that is, that, commercial, digital, advertising validly exists legally; that is, that it exists in one, in some way, in a way, in which it complies, with, the law; that is, that it exists complying, with, the law; that is, that exists creating legal effectiveness). To the extent of (the form of, the existence of) each legal relationship in (relation to) which it exists.
